Come dance and shake it up to a variety of music: contemporary and recent pop, rock and roll, oldies and latin. The class provides cardio-conditioning through dance (latin inspired and other styles); strengthening through the use of body weight exercises, free weights, resistance bands and core moves and flexibility through a yoga stretch cool down. Dance aerobics is designed for all fitness levels and ages! Moms are encouraged to bring their kids to join in the fun!
Aerobics is free to all members of the Hames Center!
