Hames Center is now offering classes for the world's oldest and safest sport - fencing! Simple in principle, fencing's objective is to score points by touching one's sword against an opponent. Challenging in practice, fencing requires flexibility, explosive speed, endurance, balance, and agility. These traits, however, are what make fencing a fun and exciting way to get into shape!
