RockFit is a cross training program that incorporates gymnastics, weightlifting and endurance movements executed at high intensity. The exercises are all functional, helping individuals perform at their optimal levels in and outside the gym.
Programming is offered 4 days per week, with additional space usage times allowed. Each class has an eight person limit in order to have full use of the space! Choose the time you want to work out to meet your scheduling needs! Follow our recommended programming or choose your own WOD's.
