Total Body Conditioning

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15pm-6pm with Hillary 

 

Join this high intensity, 45 minute workout class incorporating strength and cardio segments using a combination of technique and fitness equipment. Build strength and endurance by beginning with basics and building up to more challenging exercises. With a little bit of perserverance and dedication, you can expect to see your body change and adjust to increased weight and length of work-out.

This class is all about sweat and smiles!
