I live, learn, and love athletics to a point that I have to be fit to stay happy. I incorporate many different strategies and combinations of fitness to put clients on a safe and efficient path to meet their individual goals. While I ultimately favor resistance training during our sessions, Iām going to work with you and for you to feel great, to perform great, to look great or all three!
